Payment options

Retail Sales

Payment options available for retail sales of gem stones and jewelry are:

(i) Online live and secure Credit card processing.

(ii) We accept FXSource. FXSource allows you to purchase online using your existing bank account. There is no account to setup, no credit card needed, and your personal information is not disclosed to FXSource or any third party. When you choose to pay using FXSource, you are presented with and emailed an electronic bill that you can pay at your bank's web site. If you have ever paid a utility bill from your bank account, you already know how to use FXSource.

(iii)International money order.

(iv) Mail Transfer--Please contact us for account number.

(v) Telegraphic Transfer (TT)-Please contact us for account number.

(vi) Bank Guaranteed Cheque.

(vii) Bank Draft.

(viii) Western union money transfer.

NB: Please note that it takes at least 3 to 5 weeks to realize a foreign cheque, items will be dispatched only after the money is realized.

Wholesale Gem Stones and Jewelry

Payment options for wholesale exports are as follows:

(i) Letter of Credit-LC.

(ii) Bill of Exchange-Documents against payment DP/CAD

(iii) Advanced full payment for wholesale will be applied only for regular and well known customers. Transactions are carried out by Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Mail Transfer, Bank Draft, Bank Guaranteed cheque or International Money order.

Dispatching of Goods

Retail Gem Stones and Jewelry

Dispatching of goods for retail sales will be within 72hrs after realization of payment. We offer free insured express shipping worldwide. Free retail shipping usually takes 72 hours to reach the customer.
Wholesale Goods
Wholesale shipping will be by Air Freight.

Return Policy

All our Gem Stones and Gem Stone Jewelry can be returned within 30 days after receipt, if they do not satisfy the requirements of the customer .No questions asked. In the case of Gems please don't forget to return the Gem Certificate and Grading Report. However refund will be made only after deduction of the cost of Insurance and Freight.

All our sales both retail and wholesale will be compulsorily channeled through the National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka, after examination of the products by a qualified Gemologists and valuer. This procedure ensures that only genuine and quality products are exported and protects the interests of the customer
