All the gemstones used in our jewelry are certified natural Ceylon Gemstones. All our diamonds used in jewelry setting are certified natural African diamonds. All Emeralds used in our jewelry setting are certified Brazilian or Colombian emeralds. All certificates are provided by the National Gem and Jewelry Authority of Sri Lanka or from the Gemological Institute of Colombo.

We also have the technical know-how to manufacture jewelry to suite any complicated or intricate design. We accept orders to manufacture jewelry to suite any design of your own choice. Procedure for Export of Gems and Jewelry

All our exports have to be compulsorily channeled through the Exports Division of the National Gem and Jewelry Authority of Sri Lanka. This arrangement has been put in place to protect the importer/customer by ensuring only genuine gems and jewelry are exported from Sri Lanka, thus boosting the profile of the country as a source of genuine and reliable gems and jewelry of very high quality

The prospective exporter is expected to handover the parcels of gems and jewelry to the Export Manager of the National Gem and Jewelry Authority. The parcels will be examined by the  National Gem and Jewelry Authority(NGJA) Gemmologist, Valuer and Customs Gem Appraiser in the presence of the Exporter or his authorized representative. After the examination the parcel will be sealed with sealing wax by the National Gem and Jewelry Authority Official, Customs Official and the Exporter. If any synthetic stones are detected and if they are not declared in the invoice as synthetic stones,these will be confiscated by the NGJA.

The sealed parcels are kept back with the NGJA and four copies of the invoice will be handed over to the Exporter duly acknowledged by the Export Manager ,for the receipt of the parcel

Then the Exporter is required to obtain insurance coverage for the parcel and pay the export service fee on FOB value of the items to the NGJA. The Exporter should get the Airway Bill from the respective Airline office and get a confirmation of the date and Airline which air freights the gem and jewelry parcels to the destination

On the day of collecting the parcels the Exporter should come to the NGJA office and after entering the particulars of the parcels in the releasing register, take charge of the sealed parcels. The Exporter carries the parcels to the customs who after checking all documentation releases them to the Airline

Methods of Payment

The methods of payment that would be expected for all our wholesale exports are:

(a) Full payment by Telegraphic Transfer, Mail Transfer, Bank Draft, Bank Guaranteed Cheque or International Money Order.We also accept credit card payment: please check with your credit card provider if your transaction exceeds the card limit. You can either ask them to temporarily increase the card limit and or transaction limit. We can also accept multiple installments via credit cards(This can by pass your transaction limits).

(c) Use of irrevocable letter of credit (LC) or documents against payments (DP).
